Barry, you just struck gold. Get a few of your guys together to make a camera crew and just show up outside random businesses early and film the employees as they walk in. Post it on YouTube and you are rich.

Are these off-season workouts something that Fred would be able to be on the scene for, Barry? I don't mean to observe the workouts, necessarily, but to talk to the players. In this boring phase of the off-season, player interviews can be interesting if they're not just about "we hope to win our division this year." I already KNOW that. But some people like Winston might be well worth talking to.

    Thanks Barry.

What's worse, than endless mock drafts and smug 'I told you so's'? Why surely, it's the knee jerk, morning after draft grades?

    I'd love to say I totally ignore them.....but I can't resist a quick look. Pathetic, isn't it?

P.O. Puppy is indeed one of our esteemed legacy members and his illness reminds us, that there are more important things, than football. Lots and lots of them. It makes more sense to support these causes, with my time and money, than to invest in another $150 replica Jersey, with the name of a 25 year old athlete, on the back....and last year's number. Manziel and Bayless? Gold I say, pure gold!

Maybe there’s room for a section labeled “Crap” in the Morning Bloviation?

The training is off-limits for the media, by and large, but they have some controlled availabilities, like today they'll have some players available to talk the media around 11am.

Thanks, Barry. Ask Fred what Berea is serving for lunch today. That in itself would be worth a few sentences and some more clicks!

I admit to looking at the post-draft reports at least a little, but since the NFL eliminated Draft Weekend, which was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed, I refuse to watch or listen to their "prime time" draft shows. To hell with 'em. But I am curious to read about who drafted whom in the aftermath. And when the Browns have a number 1 pick again, I might be interested in that brief part of it.

We'll have to wait until the delicious buffet is served. Prepare for disappointment.

Barry as a fellow Portly Gravity Challenged Individual, I finally listened to the Dr and Wife and did the sleep study. That dang sleep Cpap machine is a game changer. I feel years younger. My mornings often resonated with your soliloquies of needing caffeine to start the day. I would rise at 6 and not be functional for an hour to an hour and a half. Now I wake up without an alarm and feel rested and have more energy than I thought was possible. While I still start my day with a few, if not several, cups of coffee; it is now drank for the taste and lack of sugar versus needed to start moving my old bones. It has been a game changer and I wish I had not been so stubborn and “rub some dirt on it” and got that machine. My wife makes fun of me because I refuse to travel, sleep, or be away from it when Bed Time is abound. Plus, we need all of your Webdork super powers to guide us to our Championship season( which may take some time) with the OBR, providing the most real Browns coverage in the Land. #OBRvsTerribleCLEMedia

Woah, wait, what????? "The last two days, I must admit, I've felt like crap. I'm not sure what it is... I've just sort of felt "medicated," if you know what I mean. It was as if I was on a heavy dose of Nyquil or something."

Perhaps someone forgot about the late night party with the band at the martini bar??? When we are young, recovery is a few hours or just start drinking again. In our sixties, it takes days to recover...

That might very well be it, LOL... I just can't believe that it takes me that long to recover these days. Sad!

Damn, if they filmed me coming into work, it would be a pretty bad fit check. System of a Down shirt, cargo pants, battered Nike Zoom Pegasus 35s.

The early 20s feel like a dream within a dream. No joint pain, no hangovers and sleep barely felt necessary.
