I haven’t said it in awhile, but easily the worst customer service and business model goes to @GetSpectrum. It goes above and beyond to disappoint like no other company. A landslide victory once again.

@AllentownJ @GetSpectrum This seems to be their MO whether on the phone or in the store. That is one of the reasons why I went with Verizon this time around because of their customer service staff, for high prices, intermittent WiFi and cable that always freezes as a bundle is not worth it.

@jessfraz when i worked at TWC we hit an odd issue with setup boxes in one of our hubs sites after we did some network changes. the boxes were not able to talk to the QPSK's (edge devices) anymore. Because it was taking too many hops from the controller to the QPSK. We were over by one hop
