🌟 Sterne Kessler continues to advocate for the USPTO’s LEAP Program, which starts with encouraging and supporting our eligible attorneys.Associates Matthew Metzger and Joseph Venier are participating in the 2024 PTAB LEAP Mock Arguments on May 10, and we hosted a moot mock argument to help them prepare. Taking full advantage of this wonderful training opportunity, Matt and Joe carefully studied their fact pattern, crafted arguments, and worked with their coaches to refine them. As is typical for our standard cases, the Sterne Kessler moot judges challenged and prepared Matt and Joe to further distill their arguments and clarify their strategy. 🧠💡Many thanks to our coaches, Directors William Milliken and Richard A.
